These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of Pomo (the “App”), which is provided by Gobling Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. License Grant

• Usage Rights:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

 

2. Subscription and Payment

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

If you subscribe to premium features within the App, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee according to the chosen plan.

 

3. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information:

You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.

• Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership:

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the App are owned by or licensed to Gobling Company. You may not use any of our intellectual property without express written permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties:

The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. In no event shall Gobling Company be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

 

6. Termination

• Termination of Access:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

 

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gobling Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Updates to the Terms

• Changes:

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
